Shirebrook
We are a small, friendly church, caring for each other and our community and praying for growth. We meet at 10.30 am every Sunday and the refreshment time after the service is a happy time of sharing when visitors are invited to join in.
We get on well with the other churches in Shirebrook and work together to bless our community
Every Tuesday, 10 am to 1 pm, Freedom cafe meets here. This is a free community cafe where anyone can come and receive professional support and advice, supplied by dedicated support workers from the Freedom Community Project. This advice includes form filling, benefits advice, housing, budgeting, debt, etc. Each client is supported confidentially. Referred clients can also access a food parcel. Anyone is welcome to come for a free coffee & chat & to meet others.
Freedom Cafe, Every Tuesday, 10am to 1pm - this is a free community cafe where people can come and receive professional support and advice, supplied by dedicated Support Workers from the Freedom Community Project. This advice includes Debt Advice, Housing, and support with Benefits. Each client is supported confidentially. Referred clients can also access a food bank parcel at the point of need.
